We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Executive to join the team at Highgate Care working remotely covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. What You’ll Be Doing
As our Recruitment Executive, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:
- Arrange interviews, assessments, and onboarding appointments
- Complete interviews in the homes
- Attending or arranging recruitment events locally to homes requiring support
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for care and healthcare roles
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Arrange interviews, assessments, and onboarding appointments
- Conduct reference checks, right-to-work checks, and DBS processing
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safer recruitment practices
- Respond to candidate queries professionally and promptly
