We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Driver’s Mate to join our team.
The role is varied and involves both deliveries and warehouse duties, so we’re looking for someone who is practical, hands-on and willing to get stuck in.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture and blinds to customers
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- Assemble furniture and blinds where required
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and professionally
- Help organise and sort stock in the warehouse
- Load vehicles for daily deliveries
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Assist with general day-to-day warehouse activities
- Work as part of a team to ensure orders and deliveries run smoothly
About You
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting furniture
- Practical and confident using basic tools
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous delivery, warehouse, furniture assembly or similar experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person
- A full UK driving licence is required for the Driver role
