You would be responsible for preparing and baking artisan breads, pastries and other baked goods, showing a high level of consistency and attention to detail.
Be able to demonstrate a methodical and diligent manner when following recipes, using bakery equipment and packing orders, always maintaining high quality standards whilst working in a fast paced environment.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, contributing to the success of the team. We'll need you to be highly organised to maintain a clean and safe bakery. The independence afforded in this role will allow highly motivated individuals to flourish.
Previous experience in a bakery role is preferred but not essential. We will ensure you are fully trained. You will be working nights and weekends.
