Job Summary
A great opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and hungry individual to join our long-established national firm of property agents specialising in leisure and hospitality property sales and valuations throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
Sidney Phillips is seeking a Valuer/Estate Agent to cover Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall to join their established national team. Candidates will have experience within an estate agency business with a good understanding of the buying and selling process together with an enthusiastic approach to business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and must be IT literate.
Applicants must be smartly presented and have a full UK drivers’ licence with their own transport.
Duties
- Inspecting and valuing leisure and hospitality businesses (pubs, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, cafes etc).
- Taking instructions
- Generating and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Managing the conveyancing process
- Proactive business generation
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with client.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client appointments effectively.
- A professional attitude with high levels of integrity and discretion.
- Valid driving licence is essential for property viewings across different locations.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
