About the role…
Working in spectacular surroundings based on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula, we are looking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team. The hotels are looking for the best in customer service, so if you have experience working in hotels in customer- facing roles and you are professional and confident, then this could be for you.
Successful candidates would be required to work to a rota which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on rotation.
Responsibilities
· You need to be a team player with personality, professionalism and presence to be able to manage the restaurant and bars.
· You will strive to provide an excellent service and experience to our guests, and to proactively develop our current business.
· We need an experienced food professional who is customer focused but able and willing to ensure all back office requirements are completed so that the team and restaurant runs smoothly. You will be passionate about great food, great service with a drive to pass on that enthusiasm and knowledge not only to your team but to our guests, whether they are the first or hundredth of the day.
· We are looking for someone to manage and lead their team, communicating the needs of the hotel and priorities for the day. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is adequately staffed whilst mindful of budgets.
Candidate Specification
- At least one year’s proven managerial experience in a similar role
- You will ideally be from a hotel background or have hospitality experience including duty management.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
- IT literate
- Ability to lead and support a busy team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Clean and smart appearance – we have very high standards and we expect you to lead by example.
- Professional and genuine manner with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
