About the Role
The Supply Room is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school based in Islington. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Assistant to join their secondary school team, specifically supporting pupils on the with additional needs (Autism).
Applicants should have a passion for working with young people and families to develop and nurture them to reach their potential. This is a varied role designed supporting students in both the small-group setting and in mainstream lessons.

Requirements
- Previous experience supporting autistic youth or individuals with complex speech, language, and communication needs (preferred).
- A resilient, patient, and highly collaborative professional approach.
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
