Job description
Reflex Therapy & Wellbeing has gone from strength to strength since opening our doors in June 2024 and we are now looking to expand. We are on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated Part Time Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.

Requirements
- One or more of the following - NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, BTEC. CIDESCO is highly desirable
- A qualification in brow lamination/lash lift/dermaplaning would be advantageous.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Time management and organisational skills are essential
- Performing treatments to the highest professional standard following Reflex procedures
- Ability to work 16 hours per week over 2/3 days Weds - Fri, including one evening, with the ability to work extra during busy times or holiday cover.
The kind of person we are looking for
- Day to day duties will include providing 5* treatments for guests, helping on reception to take client bookings + payments, as well as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness around the facilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Providing a range of beauty treatments to a high standard, including Medik8 facials, massage, eye treatments, waxing, manicure & pedicures.
- Making every client feel welcome, relaxed and cared for.
- Carrying out consultations and giving aftercare advice.
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, organised and ready for the next client.
- Recommending products and treatments where appropriate (without any pressure).
- Helping create a warm, friendly atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
