Help shape the future of Scotland's first National Park
At Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority, we're working to protect one of Scotland's most special places while tackling the climate emergency and nature crisis.
We're looking for a Strategic Estates Asset Manager to lead the long-term management of our diverse estate portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence how our land and property assets are managed, ensuring they continue to deliver lasting value for nature, communities and the organisation.
Working across the business and with a wide range of partners, you'll lead the implementation and review of our Estates Strategy, providing strategic advice on investment, maintenance, acquisitions and asset performance. You'll help ensure our estate is sustainable, resilient and aligned with our Corporate Plan and statutory responsibilities.
About you
You'll bring significant experience in strategic estates or asset management, with the ability to develop long-term asset strategies, manage budgets and provide confident advice on investment and asset decisions. You'll be a collaborative leader, able to build strong relationships and balance commercial thinking with environmental and community priorities.
Experience within the public sector, rural estates or environmental organisations would be welcomed but isn't essential.
Why join us?
You'll be joining a supportive organisation where people are passionate about making a positive difference. We offer flexible and hybrid working, a generous pension scheme, excellent annual leave and a strong commitment to wellbeing.
