PPC Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist) – Remote (within 4 hours of Bristol)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Wired Media is a rapidly growing digital advertising agency, and we are on the lookout for a talented PPC Manager with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This role is largely remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still being within a reasonable distance of Bristol for the occasional social meet-up.
You will take ownership of a range of PPC accounts primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with opportunities to work on Microsoft Ads as well. You will help clients achieve real, measurable results through well-structured campaigns and data-driven optimisations. Working across industries including technology, hotels, ecommerce, financial services, and fintech, no two days will look the same, and you will have plenty of opportunities to apply your expertise and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating monthly PPC strategies, forecasts, and performance plans.
- Providing clients with clear, insightful performance reports and actionable analysis.
- Managing budgets, pacing, campaign structures, and overall delivery across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conducting keyword research, writing effective ad copy, and planning new tests.
- Implementing audience strategies and measurement frameworks.
- Communicating with clients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Setting up new client accounts and building campaigns from scratch (including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta ad formats).
What You’ll Need
- Strong, hands-on experience managing campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience utilising ai tools in your workflow
- Confident and clear client communication skills.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Good understanding of tracking, analytics, and performance metrics (GA4, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution).
