Are you an experienced HR professional who is passionate about making a difference? We are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across the College, helping managers deliver excellent people management practices and contributing to our ambition of being an employer of choice.
You will coach and support managers on a wide range of people matters, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance management, organisational change and workforce planning. You will also play a key role in developing HR initiatives, policies, manager training and organisational development projects across the College.
We are looking for someone with a CIPD Level 5 qualification, at least two years' HR advisory experience, strong employment law knowledge and excellent communication skills. Experience of managing complex casework and supporting managers through employee relations matters is essential.
