Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Graduate Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors by conducting property inspections, analyzing data, and preparing valuation reports. Responsibilities
- Assist with the inspection of residential properties to gather accurate data for valuation purposes
- Support the preparation of detailed valuation reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Conduct analysis of property market trends and comparable sales data to inform valuations
- Maintain organized records of property inspections, reports, and client communications
- Use IT tools such as Microsoft Excel and specialized valuation software to analyze data and prepare reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and internal teams to coordinate inspections and clarify project requirements
- Support senior surveyors in managing multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines
Qualifications
- RICS accredited Degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying or related discipline
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret property data and market information accurately
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between properties as required
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT applications, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with valuation or property management software is advantageous
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and client interactions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in residential property markets and a proactive attitude towards learning and development
