This role supports the development and optimisation of our People systems and processes, with Dayforce HRIS at the heart of our People technology landscape.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our People data, systems and processes are accurate, efficient and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions.

- Analysing People data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Developing reports, dashboards and meaningful workforce insights.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities.
- Reviewing employee lifecycle processes and recommending smarter, more automated ways of working.
- Mapping and documenting People processes to support operational excellence.
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance and high-quality employee records.
