We are seeking an exceptional Senior General Manager to lead this flagship multi-concept venue. Commercially astute,charismatic,and highly hands-on,you will be responsible for the overall performance of both restaurants,ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience while driving operational excellence and strong financial results.
As Senior General Manager,you will inspire,coach,and develop high-performing management teams,foster a culture of excellence,and lead from the front in delivering the impeccable service and vibrant atmosphere that define The Ivy Collection.

Key elements of your role as a Senior General Manager:

Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.

You have proven previous experience managing a large,structured team in a high-paced,high-volume restaurant
