Job Description

MJR Power & Automation is a leading provider of marine electrical power, automation and engineering solutions. The Stores Leader will manage all warehouse and stores operations, ensuring materials, components and equipment are accurately controlled and available to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing stock, materials and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits
Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes
Support engineering and project teams with material availability
Lead, coach and develop stores personnel
Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPI reporting

Job Requirements

Experience Required

Experience in a Stores Manager,Warehouse Manager or Senior Stores role
Background within engineering, manufacturing, electrical, marine or industrial sectors
ERP or stock management systems experience
People management and leadership experience
Understanding of inventory control and logistics operations

Qualifications

GCSEs including Maths and English
Logistics, Supply Chain orWarehouse qualification desirable
