Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional treatments and skincare services, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. The position involves delivering high-quality services while maintaining excellent customer care standards. Building an exceptional relationship with our regular clientele including members.
Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, and massage.
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Promote retail products to clients where appropriate to enhance their experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport and ensuring clients feel valued
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 & 3 required.
- 1-2 years of experience, not compulsory but desired.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment and independently when required
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
