Ivelhurst Nursing Home is looking to recruit caring, reliable and enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team. We are a 58-bed nursing home providing high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including dementia care.
Your role
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice
- Helping with meals, mobility and activities
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Following care plans and reporting changes
- Creating a safe, comfortable environment for all residents
What we’re looking for
- Compassionate and approachable individuals
- Good communication skills
- Previous care experience required
- Reliable and committed to high standards
- Willing to work days, nights or mixed shifts
