About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to help build and grow an exciting new food brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to take a brand from launch to growth by developing a clear marketing strategy, identifying the right channels, and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for a new food brand.
- Define the brand positioning, messaging, and target audience.
- Identify the most effective marketing channels, including social media, influencer marketing, PR, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and partnerships.
- Create go-to-market plans for new product launches and campaigns.
- Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Work closely with the content creation team to ensure marketing campaigns align with the brand strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Experience launching or growing consumer brands, preferably in the food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a results-driven approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching new food or beverage brands.
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.
- Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.

Pay: £25,420.00-£55,088.53 per year
