Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage daily operations in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to existing staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Enforce health and safety policies across all areas of operation
- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency within the team
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to oversee food production processes while maintaining high standards of quality
- Skilled in serving guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality operations including barista experience or bar management is advantageous
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and staff development

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,543.35 per year
