Head of Family Based Placements (Job Ref 26-40)
Salary - £38,743 pro rata, per annum
Permanent – 37 hours per week
Based in Plymouth, Ivybridge or Newton Abbot
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated, operationally focused, strong leader to develop and manage a new Family Based Placements service within Young Devon.
You will be responsible for managing and supporting the staff, hosts, budgets and outcomes of our Plan B and Supported Lodgings Services, combined now as Family Based Placements, ensuring that the highest standards of service delivery, reflective practice and co-production are in place.
This is a really exciting opportunity for the right values-based leader to oversee the development and growth of Family Based Placements across all of Devon. This role offers a real opportunity to put your mark on this service by implementing new practices, new governance and creating more housing options and choices for young people.
