Darbyshire Care Ltd is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead Drake Nursing Home, a well-established 32-bed dementia nursing home in Plymouth, Devon.
Rated GOOD by the CQC, Drake Nursing Home has built strong relationships with stakeholders across the city and offers a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. You'll be backed by an excellent deputy manager and a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, giving you a stable foundation to lead from day one. There will be a period of handover from the current manager.
As Registered Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of dementia nursing care, regulatory compliance, and quality of life for residents. You'll lead and develop a committed staff team, maintain the home's excellent CQC rating, and continue to build on its strong reputation within the local community.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a confident, experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in nursing or dementia care, a proven track record of regulatory compliance, and the leadership skills to inspire and support a dedicated team.
Salary: In the region of £50,000
