We are looking for a Legal Project Manager who can take ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of legal matters and business initiatives. You won't simply be tracking deadlines; you will be driving collaboration across legal professionals, clients, and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple legal projects from initiation through completion while ensuring milestones, budgets, and deadlines are achieved.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between legal teams, clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Risk & Timeline Management: Identify project risks, monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward.
Process Improvement: Review existing workflows, recommend operational improvements, and support the implementation of best practices across legal operations.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting documentation, and performance updates for leadership and clients.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Legal Project Management, Project Management, Legal Operations, or a similar role within a legal or professional services environment.
Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and confidently engage with clients, legal professionals, and senior leadership.
Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office, project management software, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools to manage projects efficiently.
Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. You remain calm under pressure, enjoy improving processes, and take pride in delivering exceptional client service while managing competing priorities.
Pay: £60,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
