A can-do positive attitude is a must, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Must be well presented, have great customer service skills and be forward-thinking, dedicated, and proactive.
Salary:
Bartender & Barback - Starting £12.71 per hour
Fortnightly bonus subject to Mystery Shopper rating and Stock Loss percentage.

THE ROLES
Barback
You will be:
· Mainly on the floor making sure the tables are always clean.
· Collecting glasses and re- stock fridges and back bar (glasses, straws)
Bartender
Duties include:
- Providing high quality service to customers
- Knowledgeable about drinks.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Great with time management and memory.
- Aware of your surrounding
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Skilled in mixing, garnishing & serving drinks.
- Knowledge of inventory on hand, drink mechanics, & drink pricing.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked & clean.
- Able to help guests in selecting drinks/food.
- Track record of taking & delivering orders quickly.
- Clean, sanitize bar & equipment.
Minimum 1+ years’ bartending experience & 1 years’ customer service
