Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, including food production and service.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper storage procedures to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistency in food presentation and taste.
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
- Lead by example in culinary techniques, cooking methods, and maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on culinary excellence and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality excellence.
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
