We are seeking a reliable and professional MOTOR BIKE Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive company image. Duties
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Assist customers ensuring items are handled with care
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and address any issues that may arise during transit
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies during deliveries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or delivery roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules efficiently
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries throughout the day
- Good time management skills to ensure punctuality at all times
