We're looking for talented Vehicle Technicians at all levels, from Service Technicians through to Master Technicians, to join our high-performing aftersales team. Working with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you'll have access to industry-leading training, the latest diagnostic technology and clear progression opportunities within a business that genuinely invests in its people.
Salary Packages Available
- Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £36,950
- Service & Diagnostic Technician – Up to £39,410
- Senior Technician – Up to £41,870
- Master Technician – Up to £46,790
Plus a £4,000 Sign-On Bonus
- £2,000 paid in your first month
- £2,000 paid after 13 months' service
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and first-time fixes
- Using the latest workshop technology and diagnostic equipment
- Supporting colleagues within a professional and customer-focused aftersales team
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency and quality
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Your own tools
- Full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work
