Eventyx Ltd is seeking experienced self-employed Airbnb and serviced accommodation cleaners to support our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.
This is a flexible, subcontractor opportunity, ideal for cleaners who already work independently and are looking to take on additional work.
Responsibilities
- Complete high-standard cleans between guest stays.
- Change bed linen and make beds to a hotel standard.
- Restock guest essentials where required.
- Report any maintenance issues or property damage immediately.
- Take photographs after each clean if requested.
- Ensure properties are fully prepared before guest check-in.
Requirements
- Previous Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotel or housekeeping experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Ability to travel to properties across Newcastle and Gateshead.
- Own transport is preferred.
- Must be self-employed and responsible for your own tax and National Insurance obligations.
