Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team on a casual, zero-hours basis.

Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
Take orders accurately and process payments using the till system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
Provide excellent guest services, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Skills Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Excellent organisational skills with good time management abilities
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales
Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
