Compare the Cloud / Disruptive Live — Romsey office, full-time
We're an independent, vendor-neutral B2B tech media business. Two brands sit under us: Compare the Cloud, our media platform and directory, and Disruptive Live, our London studio for broadcasts, video and live production. Vendor-neutrality is the whole point — it's what makes us credible and shapes how we work with every client.
This role is the centre of how we look after clients and keep the work moving. You'd own the customer relationship day-to-day and run the delivery behind it — calls, content, scheduling, proposals, reporting, the lot. It's varied, and it's busy.
You'd be based in our Romsey office full-time, with occasional trips to the London studio (South Bank) to support filming.
What you'll do
Clients
- Book and host customer prep calls
- Run customer care calls and liaise with customer emails
- Manage the customer chat area and set up a regular check-in cadence
- Support client content: Translating video transcripts, and setting up event broadcasts
Sales support
- Book sales calls
- Create and send proposals to customers
- Report on outreach performance — open rates, replies, pipeline
Content & publishing
- Publish articles and opinion pieces to the Compare the Cloud site
- Quality check video content before its sent to the customer
- Queue the week's LinkedIn posts and content
Studio & production
- Support filming at the London studio — roughly every few weeks
- Create call sheets
Operations
- Manage the calendar — shoots, calls, deadlines and studio bookings
- Run and track projects through to delivery
- Handle ad-hoc invoicing and expenses forms
- Pull campaign performance — article metrics, campaign results, event registrations
You'll fit if you...
- Are properly organised and on top of detail — call sheets, calendars, invoices and QC
- Write well in plain English — you'll be drafting client articles and customer emails
- Are comfortable on the phone and in front of clients
- Like software and pick up new tools fast — we run a modern stack across content, scheduling, projects and analytics
- Can juggle competing priorities without dropping things
Nice to have
- A background in media, agency or production
- An interest in B2B tech
- Comfort working alongside AI tools — we use them across the business

- Location: Romsey office, full-time, with ad-hoc London studio days
- Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
