Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

Markeb Media is a fast-growing luxury real estate marketing company working with ambitious estate agents and developers across the UK. We are looking for a reliable, creative, and systems-driven Photographer/Videographer to join our already incredible team.
This is not a freelance or casual role. We are looking for someone who understands professionalism, structure, and teamwork.
The Role
You will be responsible for capturing high-quality property photography and video content across the West Midlands and surrounding areas, working closely with our operations, editing, and marketing teams. You will occasionally be required to visit areas outside your designated region in order to build client relationships and develop in your craft on different style homes.
This is a field-based role with hybrid flexibility (on-site shoots and remote coordination).
Requirements (Essential)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in photography and/or videography
- Proven experience using:
- Canon R6 Mark II
- DJI RS4 gimbal
- Confident shooting:
- Property photography
- Property walkthrough videos
- Social-media-ready video content (short-form/Reels)
- Experience working in a professional, client-facing environment
- Comfortable working with structured systems and workflows, including:
- Dropbox
- Airtable
- File transfer and delivery processes
- Strong understanding of social media content standards
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- A team player who communicates clearly and follows systems
Logistics
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Own car required
- All camera, gimbal, and production equipment provided by Markeb Media
- Field-based role covering London and surrounding areas

Salary
£28,000 – £30,000 per year
Performance-related bonuses available
Fuel card to cover travel and parking expenses.
