E‑Italia is a dynamic new start‑up bringing authentic Italian gelato and international desserts and ice‑cream ingredients directly to businesses across the UK. With big ambitions and genuine passion, we are building a company that will become a major force in the UK market — supplying Gelaterias, dessert parlours, ice‑cream shops, cafés and more.
We are now looking for a confident, enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Friendly and confident telesales to new and existing customers
- Providing customer service support and product guidance
- Assisting with product demonstrations, open days and customer visits
- Supporting general office and sales duties as the business grows
You’ll be representing a brand built on quality, service and passion — helping customers discover exceptional products while supporting their businesses.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Is confident speaking on the phone
- Enjoys promoting products and helping customers
- Has enthusiasm, drive and a positive attitude
- Works well in a small, fast‑moving team
- Is excited by the idea of helping a start‑up grow into a national leader
Experience in telesales or customer service is welcome, but full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Currently hiring for 4 days per week, with the strong possibility to increase to 5 days within 3 months
Salary
· £13.50 per hour
