Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders accurately using Sage accounting system
- Managing customer enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism and clarity
- Maintaining up-to-date records of sales transactions and account information
- Assisting with invoice preparation and payment processing
- Coordinating with sales team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales administration and finance
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Sage accounting software is MUST
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven administrative experience within a sales environment
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Demonstrated computer literacy and organisational skills necessary for busy office settings
