The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded leader to take charge of multiple studios across the West Midlands. This multi-site leadership role is for someone who thrives on sales performance, member retention, and building a genuinely premium member experience. You'll own the P&L, drive membership growth, and lead from the front - converting prospects, maximising member lifetime value, and making sure studios consistently deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning membership growth, sales performance, and commercial results across multiple studios
- Driving retention, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Leading front-of-house experience and building lasting member relationships
- Growing brand awareness through community engagement, events, and local partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales-driven leadership role
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with memberships, subscriptions, or recurring revenue models
- Commercial and financial awareness, including P&L understanding
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the drive to manage multiple priorities across locations

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
