We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated individual to join our Milton Keynes team.
This is a varied, hands-on role. One moment you could be demonstrating a grand piano to a serious pianist, the next helping a customer choose their first keyboard, preparing an order for despatch, or creating content for our social media channels.
A good standard of piano or keyboard playing is essential.
You'll be demonstrating instruments to customers every day, so you need to be comfortable sitting down at a piano or keyboard and playing with confidence.
No previous sales experience is required.
We're much more interested in your musical ability, personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
The Role
- Demonstrating acoustic pianos, digital pianos and keyboards
- Helping customers choose the right instrument
- Answering enquiries in-store, online and by phone
- Creating occasional social media and video content
- Learning about products from leading brands including Yamaha, Kawai, Roland, Nord, Hammond and Korg
- Assisting with the preparation and despatch of customer orders from our warehouse
- Receiving, checking and moving incoming stock for the showroom and warehouse
- Helping to keep our showroom and warehouse areas organised and presentable
