Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in managing team schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimize efficiency.
- Support staff in serving guests courteously and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop menu offerings and optimise operational procedures
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hotel environment
- Supervising experience with demonstrated team management capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
