About Whocult
Whocult is a South Wales–based donut company that began in 2019 during the height of the Covid pandemic as a small takeaway-only business. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly to six stores — with another new store on the way — built on our love for quality, creativity, and community. We take pride in crafting indulgent, high-quality donuts that look as good as they taste.
The Role
We’re looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our production team on the night shift. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for presentation, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Work patterns - Saturday - Sunday
Typical shift 11pm - 8 am ( subject to change)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Decorating and finishing donuts to Whocult’s high visual and quality standards
- Assisting with cleaning, preparation, and organisation for the following day’s production
- Working efficiently to set timelines and batch targets
- Supporting your teammates to maintain a smooth, positive workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in cake or dessert decorating (desirable)
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts
- Driving licence or reliable transport to reach the bakery during early hours - not including public transport
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pride in maintaining hygiene and quality at all times

Pay: £13.60 per hour
Expected hours: 7.0 – 18.0 per week
