The Role:
To provide an effective and efficient administration support function to the Chief Operating Officer and the operations team. Always maintain a discreet and high level of confidentiality, escalating any business priorities in a direct and timely way. Representing the Chief Operations Officer and her team in a professional manner which underpins the values of the company. Proactively manage the COO’s busy calendar, including scheduling meetings against conflicting priorities to maximise the COO’s time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide daily support to Chief Operating Officer
· Systems Management and reporting
· Provide support to the wider Operations team.
· Facilitate Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication .

About You:
You will have previous experience in administration support and can demonstrate a range of hands-on skills, as well as a good understanding of confidentiality & dealing with tasks in a timely manner. Experience of working in a care home environment would be an advantage but not essential as we will provide the knowledge required if you have the skills and experience and share our core values.
