Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing to ensure uninterrupted service.

- Handle special cleaning requests or projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out preparations with enthusiasm and precision.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced efficiently.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, especially for roles involving food preparation or kitchen maintenance.
