Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Working Mobile Area Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations across various locations in CENTRAL LONDON.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites within the designated area alongside the Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and support a team of cleaning operatives, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain operational records and report on service quality.
- Cover for daytime, early morning and evening staff when required

Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services.
- Ability to coordinate multiple sites efficiently through working shifts which may start at 5am or start at 2pm and could involve split shifts so living close to central London is essential.
- Experience with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and COSHH is a plus.
