Salary: £37,000–£42,000 (DOE) + Company Van & Fuel Card

GB Maintenance Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Plumber to join our growing team.
This is a permanent mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works across residential and commercial properties throughout Surrey, London and the M25 area.
We are looking for someone with a strong general maintenance background, particularly with plumbing skills, who can work independently while delivering a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Basic plumbing (tap/toilet replacements, leak investigations)
- Basic carpentry and kitchen repairs
- Decorating, patch repairs and finishing works
- Minor electrical maintenance where competent
- General property maintenance and remedial works
- Updating job information using a web-based system
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in multi-trade property maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
- Good communication skills and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Own smartphone with camera
- CSCS card preferred but not essential

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
