Our client is seeking dedicated Labourers to join their team in Brize Norton, OX18. The role involves assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general support across various construction activities. Candidates will be expected to work on a full-time basis for approximately 5-6 weeks, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Each shift lasts around 11 hours, providing an opportunity for overtime work, particularly on weekends, to maximise earnings. The successful candidate should be prepared to work under the supervision of site managers, maintain a high standard of safety, and ensure the smooth progress of daily tasks.
- CSCS Card is essential for site eligibility.
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times on-site.
- Ability to commit to long hours and weekend overtime when necessary.
- Experience in labouring or construction support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Reliable, hardworking, and health and safety conscious.
