Who we’re looking for
As part of our Compliance and Investment team, you’ll act as RHP’s lead fire safety professional, ensuring fire safety risks are effectively managed and compliance obligations are met. You’ll provide technical leadership, assurance and governance across fire safety, helping to keep our customers safe and our homes compliant.
You’ll lead the development and continuous improvement of our fire safety approach, ensuring effective inspection, assessment and assurance programmes are in place. You’ll provide technical advice across the business, lead fire incident investigations and resident fire safety arrangements, and oversee fire safety remediation and contractor performance.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience managing fire safety compliance within social housing, residential property or a similarly regulated environment. You’ll hold a Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety or an equivalent recognised fire safety qualification, with strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, regulatory requirements and industry guidance.
Experience of managing Fire Risk Assessment programmes, fire safety remedial actions, contractor delivery, and active and passive fire protection systems is essential. You’ll also have experience leading fire safety audits, inspections, assurance reviews or regulatory engagement activities, and be confident providing clear technical advice and recommendations to support risk management and decision making.
