Duties
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific health concerns and massage preferences

- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment following all sanitation standards and protocols
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices for ongoing wellness
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress for future reference
- Promote wellness services and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
Experience
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist from an accredited program
- Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy in a clinical or spa setting
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment options
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all interactions
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene standards and safety protocols
