Job Summary:
Asma Findik Food Trading Ltd is seeking a Head of Food Production to lead manufacturing operations, maintain product quality, and ensure food is produced safely and efficiently. This role suits an experienced production leader who can manage teams, improve processes, and meet output targets.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily food production and packing operations.
- Manage production teams, schedules, and workloads.
- Monitor output, quality, waste, and production efficiency.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Coordinate ingredients, stock, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve production issues and improve working processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality procedures.
- Ability to manage production targets and changing priorities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: £58,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
