We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sport and/or Public Uniformed Services professional to join our team and help shape the future workforce. Working with ambitious learners, you'll deliver inspiring lessons, share your real-world knowledge, and play a key role in preparing students for successful careers within the sport, fitness, public services and wider related sectors.
Whether your background is in sport, fitness, coaching, the military, police, fire service, prison service, ambulance service or another uniformed/public service role, this is an opportunity to share your expertise, inspire future professionals and make a real difference to learners' lives.
This exciting role will include:
- Joining an innovative team that welcomes new ideas, industry expertise and fresh perspectives.
- Delivering engaging lessons across a range of Sport and Public Uniformed Services qualifications.
- Supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for progression into employment, apprenticeships or higher education.
- Working collaboratively across the organisation to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Bringing industry knowledge into the classroom to inspire and motivate students.
If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:
- Industry experience within Sport, Fitness, Coaching, Leisure, Physical Education, Public Uniformed Services, Emergency Services, Armed Forces, or a related sector.
- Proven professional experience and a passion for developing the next generation of talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ambitious, collaborative and learner-focused approach.

Annual salary: £30,000 - £42,000
(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience – please note the top of the payscale is reserved for highly qualified and experienced teachers.)
Hours: Full time – 37 Hours / 52.14 weeks
