About the Role
Embrace Gymnastics Performance Academy is seeking a passionate and reliable Gymnastics Coach (Level 2 or Level 3) to cover a period of maternity leave.
You will deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching across preschool, recreational and squad programmes, supporting gymnasts of all abilities to develop skills, confidence and enjoyment in a safe and inclusive environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 2 coach looking to progress or an experienced Level 3 coach seeking a supportive and ambitious club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, engaging gymnastics coaching sessions
- Coach across preschool, recreational and squad levels
- Support gymnast development and progression pathways
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive coaching environment
- Adapt coaching to support a range of needs, including neurodiverse gymnasts
- Follow British Gymnastics guidance and club policies
- Communicate effectively with parents and the coaching team
- Maintain high standards of safety, safeguarding and athlete welfare
Requirements
Essential:
- British Gymnastics Level 2 Coaching Qualification
- Experience coaching children in a gymnastics or sports setting
- Strong communication and group management skills
- Positive, reliable and professional approach
Desirable:
- British Gymnastics Level 3 Qualification
- Experience across multiple programmes (preschool, recreational, squad)
- First Aid and Safeguarding training
