We are hiring a Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are a provider of Industrial Electronic Repair and maintenance services and work closely with our customers to help them minimise the downtime of critical machinery, our aim is to become the stand out maintenance and repair service provider in the UK.

The Role
This is a varied role that combines office administration and customer service. You will
be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors, helping to ensure the
smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Alongside general administration duties, you will support customer relationship
activities, including following up with existing customers, obtaining customer feedback
and undertaking occasional introductory calls to prospective customers.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent
organisational skills and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Log incoming and outgoing repair jobs within company systems.
Maintain accurate customer records and job information.
File, scan and maintain company records and documentation.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as required.
Assist with general office administration duties.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Customer Service
Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Greet visitors, customers and delivery drivers.
Provide customers with updates regarding repairs and services.
Escalate urgent customer enquiries and requests where appropriate.
Maintain a professional and positive experience for customers at all times.
Customer Relationship Support
Assist with maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
Carry out follow-up calls regarding previous enquiries, repairs and services.
Contact customers to obtain feedback and support customer satisfaction
activities.
Undertake occasional outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the
Company's services.
Identify potential opportunities and pass information to management where
appropriate.
Support customer engagement activities and business growth initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous administration, office support or customer service experience.
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Has a professional and confident telephone manner.
Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively.
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and
Excel.
Enjoys building positive relationships with customers.
Is comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and confident
making occasional follow-up and introductory calls.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Is reliable, professional and willing to learn.
Desirable
Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
Experience using CRM, job management or customer database systems.
Experience supporting customer engagement activities.
