Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Cheadle
Salary: £28,000 + uncapped commission
OTE: £35–40k Year 1 | £80–100k+ Year 2
We’re hiring our next cohort of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join Konstrukt.
Recruitment is a sales role. You don’t need recruitment experience, but you do need to be comfortable working towards targets, picking up the phone and dealing with the inevitable knockbacks that come with sales.
We’ve built Konstrukt to fix a lot of the things people dislike about recruitment – poor training, unclear progression and environments where performance comes at the expense of everything else.
What will you actually be doing?
This is not a “post jobs and wait” role.
You’ll be building relationships with clients across the European construction market, finding and speaking to candidates, winning new business and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
That means:
- Building your own network of candidates and clients
- Making sales and business development calls
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing live vacancies
- Negotiating offers and contracts
- Building long-term client relationships
- Working towards clear performance and revenue targets
