The Cheltenham Trust is looking for Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our events, café, and bar teams on a casual basis. This is a flexible role, perfect for those who enjoy working with people, want to develop their skills, and be part of our busy venues during events and peak times.
What we offer:

What we’re looking for
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (cafés, events, weddings, parties, etc.)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health & safety regulations
- A good eye for detail, keeping venues clean and welcoming
- Flexibility to work across different days, evenings, and weekends

The Cheltenham Trust is an independent charity at the heart of the town, providing culture, heritage, leisure, and sport for the local community. We manage five of Cheltenham’s most well-known venues – Pittville Pump Room and Café, Cheltenham Town Hall and the Garden Bar, The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Leisure at Cheltenham, and the Prince of Wales Stadium.
Across these venues, we run a wide range of activities and services including events and venue hire, festivals and shows, exhibitions, leisure facilities, cafés, and in-house catering.
