Job Description – Service Centre Administrator

Why this Role matters.
Every successful Service Centre needs someone at the heart of it keeping people informed, paperwork moving, supplies stocked, systems updated and the day on track.

No two days will be exactly the same. One moment you may be preparing paperwork, the next helping a customer, updating stock, checking a cash float, organising depot supplies or heading out to collect change or bank money.
This is not a role where you sit quietly in the background. You will be right at the centre of depot life—keeping things organised, spotting what needs doing and helping Team Regal keep moving

- follow Company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements, including the Gambling Act 2005
- raise any discrepancies, concerns or problems promptly so they can be resolved
This list is not exhaustive. You may be asked to carry out other reasonable duties within the scope of the role and to support the changing needs of the Service Centre and wider business.
