Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment while maintaining quality standards
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimise customer experience
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the organisation’s reputation
- Train new team members in service procedures, health & safety protocols, and company policies
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment
- Extensive restaurant experience.
- Excellent leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills
- Sound understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Experience in kitchen operations or hotel environments is advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently
